Refund Policy

  1. If a web appointment is cancelled by the patient more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or by the office for any reason, the whole paid amount is refunded within a week after the cancellation, with the same method of payment, as the initial payment.
  2. If a web appointment is cancelled 24 hours or less before the scheduled time or the patient does not connect on the scheduled time, no refund can be claimed.
  3. Fees for already offered services, other than web appointments, are not refunded. 

Online Appointment

If you are unable to attend a live appointment at the office, you can book a web appointment with Dr Terzis, at a convenient date and time, via the Skype platform. The procedure is as follows: 

  1. You complete the contact form (name, phone and email). You can see our privacy policy here. 
  2. The fee for a web appointment is 100 euros, and can be paid either by bank transfer or by credit card, via our website. 
    1. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you must attach proof of payment to an email message addressed to:, stating in the “subject” field your name and noting that it is for a Web Appointment. Our Front Desk will then contact you for the details of your appointment. After the completion of the web call, you will receive the prompt receipt. 
    2. If you choose to pay by credit card, after completing the invoice form, you will be transferred to the secure server of Alpha Bank, to complete the payment. Our Front Desk will then contact you regarding your appointment. 
  3. If you have already done imaging studies (CT scan, MRI, ultrasound) or blood tests, please send them to us before your appointment, via a web service like WeTransfer. If you prefer, you can send them to the office address by courier. 
  4. If you need to do imaging studies, but you haven’t done them yet, please ask our Front Desk for instructions. Tel. +306972264464, +302103632922. 
  5. For a smooth web call, you will need a good Internet connection and a tablet or personal computer with the application Skype installed. We suggest that you avoid connecting with a mobile phone. Our Front Desk will send you all necessary technical information before your appointment.
