The Rhinologist and the Neurosurgeon work through the nostrils, without external incision (craniotomy). Surgical endoscopes, high resolution camera and monitors, and special microsurgical instruments are used. As in\u00a0<a title=\"Endoscopic Surgery of the nose\" href=\"https:\/\/art-orl.com\/en\/surgical-procedures\/endoscopic-surgery-nose.html\">Endoscopic Surgery of the nose<\/a>, the Image Guidance System (Navigator) is used, when indicated.
